About ME
š Hi, Iām J.F. Salazarāthanks for stopping by.
I help leaders take more decisive action, live with greater intentionality, and elevate their leadership and management capabilities.
With nearly two decades of experience in the corporate world, Iāve had the privilege of growing from an individual contributor into senior leadershipāleading both individual contributors and people managers at the directorship and executive levels.
My work spans:
š¦ Sales Management
š¦ Learning & Development
š¦ Agency & Bancassurance Recruitment
š¦ Distribution Strategy
This diverse leadership path has equipped me with practical, real-world insight into what leaders actually need to succeedāespecially in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
But leadership, to me, goes beyond KPIs and performance reviews.
Itās about who you are while you lead.
š” My Philosophy
You donāt need to make massive changes overnight to grow as a leader.
But you do need to be intentionalāabout your choices, your focus, and your follow-through.
Small, consistent adjustmentsāmade on purposeālead to big, sustainable change.
My approach is all about helping you align your mindset, skillset, and actions with your values and visionāso you can lead with clarity and make a lasting impact.

Experience & Education
š My Leadership Journey
I began leading teams in the nonprofit world in my late teensāa role I continued well into my 30s. Those early years shaped my leadership values and taught me what it truly means to serve, influence, and grow others with purpose.
That foundation became a launchpad for my transition into the corporate world. I started by managing a small team of three corporate managersāand over time, took on greater responsibility and complexity.
Eventually, I found myself leading departments of over 60 individuals, including directors and executive-level direct reports, across two Global Fortune 500 companies.
Along the way, Iāveā¦
ā Navigated the realities of leadership in both mission-driven and high-performance settings
ā Built and coached cross-functional teams through rapid change and transformation
ā Refined a leadership philosophy grounded in timeless principles and tested by real-world pressure
These experiencesāspanning nearly two decadesāhave given me a deeply practical understanding of how to build leaders, lead change, and scale culture across diverse environments.

š From Leading Teams to Developing Leaders
After years of leading teams myself, I now focus on developing leaders who develop others.
I help organizations and mission-minded companies:
⢠Strengthen their leadership pipeline
⢠Elevate their people managers and sales leaders
⢠Build a culture where growth, performance, and purpose coexist
Whether Iām training a leadership team, coaching a department head, or speaking at an event, my mission remains the same:
To help leaders growāso their people and organizations can flourish.
āYou donāt need massive action to grow as a leader.
You need small, intentional stepsādone consistently over time.
Thatās how progress becomes predictable, and leadership becomes lasting.ā
